How can I get Medicaid for my husband but not me?

-I am currently covered under my dads health care plan until I am 26 years old. My husband is without insurance, we do fall under the income guidelines and my son is currently on state children's medicaid. Is there a way my son and husband can both receive it and not me?It is possible that you actually do not qualify under your dads health care plan because you are married and have children. Of course, I don't know for sure because I don't know your plan but that is generally the case. Your husband can get medicaid if your low income. But you have to include everyone's income that lives with you including your dad's. Yes, your husband can get it and you don't.
He may be able to get it for himself. You personally probably cannot get it for him, because you are not him.

If he (not you) wishes to get it for him, then he (not you) should apply for it, and be sure to include all of your income, as well as his income, even though it is only for him (because the rules require all income of everyone in the "household" be included).
You cant get Medicaid if you are over 21 and not disabled plus very low income. Your husband could ask his parents to put him on their insurance.
