Would HealthChoice insurance pay for any type of weight loss surgery? ?

However, you do realize that "HealthChoice" as a plan is available in several different states, including Arizona, Maryland, Oklahoma, North Carolina, Florida, and Tennessee? And most of these are welfare policies and each state is different from all of the other states. So you'll just need to call your caseworker or the customer service number.



However, all plans, both private and public, will require you to do at least a 6 month supervised diet before they'll approve any surgery. In addition, your doctor need to recommend the surgery. So your first course of action would be contact HealthChoice to find out what their requirement are and then follow those requirements.
