Miss sold payment protection insurance?

-hi. My partner took out an 拢8,000 loan with Lloyds tsb 3years ago, the loan has been repaid but want to claim it back on the grounds of miss sold insurance. How do we go about this? do we get intouch with the baank first or of these t.v adverts you see on the tv and any recommended 1s to go through?complain to lloyds and then to the ombudsman if you dont get a satisfactory response, I am in the middle of doing the same thing with lloyds, so far they have ignored my letter so i am about to send them another giving them 28 days to respond and sending it registered post, if that fails then i will go to ombudsman. You cant claim the whole of your loan back only the amount that you paid for your policy, good luck
You can only reclaim the amount paid in PPI - you can't reclaim back the entire loan.
