MEDICAL BILLS ...I NEED YOUR ADVISE !!!!?

-Long story short....

I had a car accident few months ago(it was my fault....but don't ask why,I wasn't even drunk)

and other driver went to hospital to check his health. His insurance payed the bill for him and now they are after me since it was my mistake. They sent me a $9.000 bill and I can't afford to pay it(I have no health insurace,my car insurance covers car problems only).I have $4.000 in my account and I'm paying rent,electricity,family....e.t.c and I don't have a job.

If I ignore that bill what will happen? Can the Police take that $4.000 money from my account without my permission? Do I HAVE to fileLOL that's why they're called "accidents". It's not like you did it on purpose, or had a reason for it.

Correct. You are legally liable for the medical bills of the other party. Turn it over to your car insurance company, and let them handle it. Unless you live in Florida or New Hampshire, bodily injury is a required coverage - IF you have car insurance, you have car insurance that covers this.

If you ignore this, the other person's insurance company will sue you and win. They'll get your driver's license suspended until the bill is paid (they don't have to sue you for that), and they'll get your wages garnished, and they can sweep your bank account to take that savings.

Police don't do that - but the courts do.

You don't HAVE to file a claim. But it's dumb not to - it will cost you a WAY WAY WAY lot of money, if you don't.There is no such thing as car insurance that covers car problems, you apparently just had a warranty. You needed actual car insurance with the state mandated liability coverage. The liability would have paid his medical bills. You having or not having health insurance is of no consequence.

His insurance is correct in coming after you. You caused the accident so you must pay. If you ignore the bill it will go to collections. It is not uncommon for the insurance company to go to court and force the courts to garnish your wages.
If you've been able to register your car in your state then you have auto liability insurance and your insurance will cover this. Under no circumstance should you even think about paying any of these medical bills unless you are truly an uninsured motorist. You would know if you're an uninsured motorist because you'd have to get a policy to register your car and then cancel it right away.

The police can not take money out of your bank account. The only way that can happen is if a court order your wages to be garnished which is very very difficult to do.
They can sue you. If they sue and they win, and you still do not pay, then the money can get taken from your account without your permission, but not by the police, and not until after they sue you.

The police can, and should, come after you for not having "liability insurance", (a required type of car insurance that covers you for injuring someone else in a car accident).
You should begin by contacting your own auto insurance company to ask them for advice. If you have liability insurance, which is required minimum insurance, it should have covered the other driver's medical expenses. You are paying a monthly premium for your auto insurance to cover you for instances such as this.
