I have a question about some insurance?

-About 4 or 5 days ago I was with my grandma and we got in a no fault car accident. The car damage has been taken care of it was 1800 worth of damage. Heres my question though, I've had severe headaches since the accident. On a scale of 10 I'd say 5-6 every day. Can I call my insurance and claim money from this pain and injury? I'm 18 incase anyone is wondering, almost 19 now. My Mom got $9,000 for an accident that was no fault where she got whiplash and shoulder/neck pain. I'm just curious what I should do as I am young and haven't had this happen before.If you are having severe headaches because of a car accident, then you need to see a neurologist immediately. It could be a concussion or cerebral hemorrhage, either of which can be fatal if not treated promptly.



You cannot get any money simply by making a telephone call. You can receive money for pain and injury if a physician, not you, determines that they are likely the result of the accident.
If your Mom got $9,000.00 for whiplash, then somebody was at fault. So I'm not sure what you mean by "no fault" In any event, go see a lawyer. Just watch out about suing Granny if you were a passenger, so you should also talk to your family too.
