I'm about to be 19. Where should I look for health insurance?

I work 2 part time jobs, neither give health insurance and my parents don't get health insurance from their jobs. It's currently Summer break but I will be going to school in the Fall. I asked for help from my bank (Wells Fargo) but my mom said I could find much better prices.



Any advice would be appreciated, I need it by tomorrow.You don't buy insurance from a bank. You find a health insurance broker that does business in your state. Needing it by tomorrow though is going to force you to buy a temporary plan FIRST and then apply for an individual plan.



I'm assuming you need it tomorrow because you lose your current coverage tomorrow and not because you need an expensive medical procedure.You are not going to get it by tomorrow. It takes more than one day to get health insurance in California.



Anthem Blue Cross is probably the largest health insurer in California. They offer something called "Tonik" meant for young adults who need inexpensive health insurance.
