How Much does a blood test cost at kaiser if i have insurance?

-im getting a hormone level check and a standard test doneI've never had to pay any additional fee for a blood test if my primary care doctor has ordered it. The only way to find out for sure what, if anything, you will have to pay under your insurance plan is to call the number on the back of the card and ask.
Which Kaiser? For which plan? For what type of test? Is it part of a routine physical? etc...



We don't know, but for your convenience Kaiser (and all of the other insurance companies) were smart enough to put their customer service number right on your card. Call them and ask.
