How can I visit and pay for a gynecologist without my parents' knowledge?

-In the past few weeks I think I may have contacted a VD and I am also about a week late for my period. We have no Planned Parenthood within an hour of my town and the health clinic requires you be from a low-income family, and my family doesn't fall into that category. I'm 18, but living at home with extrememly strict parents. I do have a card that pays for medical visits but it's under my dad's account so I assume he would see that I visited a doctor. Then I would have no way to pay for it.Yes, dad will see that you visited a doctor but he won't see why.

If you're 18 you should have some cash available. Start saving until you get enough to pay for a visit. Nearly all doctors will accept cash.
The same way as you pay for anything else in the world. You ask how much money it costs, and then you go there with that amount of money, and you use only the money, and do not use the card.
Pay cash and visit a new doctor that won't already have your insurance information.

PS You're 18, so it doesn't matter if you have strict parents. You're an adult now.
This is the whole point of Planned Parenthood. Clean, cheap, sliding scale. Call them and ask what they'd make you pay.
Cash always works for me.
You pay cash - that's how.
